1. Services

1.1 Scope of Work

Provider agrees to perform motion design and video editing services ("Services") for Client as outlined in the attached Statement of Work ("SOW"), which may include 3D design, animation, video editing, motion graphics, and related creative services.

1.2 Deliverables

Provider will deliver the final project files ("Deliverables") in the format(s) specified in the SOW, such as video files, animation renders, or other digital assets.

2. Term

2.1 Duration

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until the completion of the Services as outlined in the SOW, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 7.

3. Payment

• 3.1 Fees: Client agrees to pay Provider a total fee of [Insert Amount] ("Project Fee") for the Services.
